1. This site does not use cookies. Shocker, I know.
  2. How we will use your data
    1. Your Account
      • The only pieces of data that connect you to the survey results are your User Name and password.
      • Your User Name is something you make up and does not have to be your real name. Just a nickname, something you can remember, 8-12 characters. This is an ID so that you can retrieve the survey, edit the survey, return to finish the survey at leisure. That's it. We will never know who you are or be able to associate the results with you. Total annonymity.
      • You can delete all your answers and information via the Delete All & Start Over button on the survey.
    2. Your password is hella encrypted, which means we cannot associate your survey results with you personally. And if you forget your password, you will be prompted to enter a new one.
    3. If you forget your username, we can't (not wont, we really will not know which account is yours and for security, we wont try.) get it back for you. You will have to reregister and redo the survey. Best to make a private note of both.
  3. What we can see are everyone's symptoms, and feedback. This is so we can ask and answer questions like:
    • What are the Top 10 Most Reported Symptoms?
    • Feedback: How to improve the site, your suggestions as to what we should add or fix. These are all anonymous. But to us it is like a suggestion box. No names (please be kind).
  4. We will also be asking you for suggestions as to what questions and areas of study we should look at. And like all good research, all studies are DOUBLE BLIND. As we said before, we cannot match you up to your results or profile information. And you can remove yourself from the database at anytime. We hope you will leave answers, it can help and support future research into these little understood disorders.
  5. More specifics will be added as and when we develop new areas of the app.
